Kingdom Consultants has prepared the following policy on privacy within this company. This policy statement is subject to change from time to time and should be reviewed regularly by any person or company using their services. Kingdom Consultants will need to obtain customers’ and contractors’ personal details in its normal course of business. This company will commit to keeping these details for its own use only and will only pass this information to any other party with the express permission of the owner of the details. All information is stored in a safe environment and secured when out of business hours. No individual who is not a company employee has access to this information. All Kingdom employees are subject to confidentiality obligations. Our commitment to privacy of personal information has taken us to issuing our customers with a personal customer number. This enables them to use that number keeping their details secure in our system. Kingdom will take all steps to destroy all unwanted or unused records containing any personal details or will return any printed documents to the original owners if required. Unless the Privacy Act’s National Privacy Principles do not allow it, you may request any personal information, which Kingdom Consultants holds about you or your company at any time. Any legal request for information will be adhered to in consultation with a solicitor. The following list shows the type of information we may require and the reason for keeping those records: 1 Name, address, phone number, fax number and email address. Any of these are for contact purposes only. 2 Bank account numbers. These will be used for direct payments only and only on secure sites on the Internet. 3 Company policies and procedures - kept strictly confidential to the company concerned. 4 Company accident and incident details - kept strictly confidential to the company concerned. 5 Company maintenance and services costs and records - used only for analysis of that individual company.
